The Times is a family-run boutique hotel in two 17th-century canal houses on the Herengracht, on the edge of the Jordaan. It opened in 2006 and the rooms were fully renovated in 2020. Rooms come with or without a canal view (some are in the rear house or lower ground floor), and there is a loft and rooms for four. Every room has a COCO-MAT bed; room and bathroom sizes vary with the historic layout.
