Linden is a small hotel in a triangular flatiron building on the Lindengracht in the Jordaan, extended into the building next door. Rooms range from queen-bed and twin rooms with a private bathroom to a triple and a Petite Suite with four single beds and a canal view; the loft has the historic beams typical of 19th-century Amsterdam houses.
Try to include a Saturday in your stay: the Lindengracht hosts a local market that has been running for more than a century. Because the hotel is small, it does not accept groups of more than eight people, bookings of more than three rooms, or extra beds.
