Luna was founded in 1990 by Argentinian Carlos Luna to create a little corner of Argentina on the Lindengracht in the Jordaan. It grills imported grass-fed Argentinian beef (entrecôte, rib-eye, tenderloin), lamb chops and sausage, with chimichurri, criolla or Roquefort sauce, and pours Argentinian wines.
