Ron Gastrobar is chef Ron Blaauw’s restaurant on the Sophialaan in Amsterdam Zuid, five minutes’ walk from the Vondelpark. The kitchen cooks with the seasons, the market and influences from many cultures, combining hospitality and gastronomy, from the amuse and freshly baked bread with special butter to refined dishes, an extensive wine list and creative cocktails.
