MKZ is a volunteer-run people’s kitchen on the Eerste Schinkelstraat that grew out of the squatters’ movement, serving cheap vegan meals; any profit goes to good causes. It is part of the Binnenpret, a legalised squat complex with a concert hall, info café, library, rehearsal space and artists’ studios. Open Tuesday and Thursday–Saturday from 19:00.
