Momenti on the Herenstraat opened in December 2019, run by two restaurateurs both called Marco: one a sommelier from Panicale in Umbria with experience in London, Sydney and Melbourne, the other a chef from Rome. Recipes from all over Italy meet local Dutch ingredients on a menu that changes every two months, and the wine list holds more than 100 Italian wines with a focus on up-and-coming producers. Monthly tastings are held.
