The Neighbour’s Magnolia is a privately owned hotel on the Willemsparkweg in the Museum Quarter, named after the magnolia in the neighbour’s garden. Its 21 restyled, non-smoking rooms have a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, desk and Wi-Fi; superior and deluxe rooms have COCO-MAT beds of natural materials. There is also a studio with kitchen, a family room with garden and a three-bedroom penthouse.
The listed house has typical steep Amsterdam stairs and no lift, but staff carry your luggage up. Museums, concert halls, shops and restaurants are close by.
