De Joffers is a brasserie on the corner of the Willemsparkweg and the Cornelis Schuytstraat in Oud-Zuid, a short walk from the Museum Quarter and the Vondelpark. Come for breakfast, lunch or drinks on the terrace; try the jofferbol with salmon or the cheese croquette. Opened in 1993, it is named after the Amsterdamse Joffers, a group of late-19th-century women painters.
Open daily: Monday–Thursday 08:00–19:00, Friday–Saturday 08:00–20:00, Sunday 09:00–19:00.
