Fuku Ramen on the Ingogostraat builds a seasonal menu around homemade ramen, local ingredients and sake. Wednesday to Friday evenings bring a six-course tasting menu with ramen as the main course (reservation only). On Saturday afternoons it turns into an à la carte izakaya with weekly ramen specials and sharing dishes; booking recommended, with a few walk-in seats.
