El Torado is an Argentinian grill restaurant on the Reguliersbreestraat, opposite Pathé Tuschinski. Everything revolves around the parrilla, a stone grill heated to 380 °C: rib-eye, spare ribs, grilled chicken, Argentinian sausages and empanadas, served with salad and fries, a jacket potato or rice.
A quick Theatre Menu suits guests heading to a show. The warm, romantic interior seats 85 downstairs and 65 upstairs, making it suitable for groups and parties. Open daily from 12:00 to midnight; takeaway is also available.
