Blin Queen on the Amstel combines Eastern European traditions with Western European gastronomy. By day it serves sweet and savoury bliny: 40 cm pancakes folded into squares, made with wheat or gluten-free buckwheat, filled with anything from chicken, pear and truffle to gravlax and red caviar. There is also borscht with slow-cooked beef, potato pancakes, syrniki, specialty coffee and sea-buckthorn tea.
After 18:00 it becomes a wine bar with a small dinner menu and natural wines. Walk-ins welcome; kids and pets too. Day menu 09:00–18:00.
