Pastis is a relaxed neighbourhood bar-restaurant opposite the Bosboom Toussaintplein in Oud-West. The kitchen is French with the odd Mediterranean detour, using sustainable, seasonal produce at friendly prices, and the menu changes regularly. Drinks and dinner on the terrace, or up on the mezzanine for a moment in France.
