Pizza Project is a Neapolitan pizza bar on the Wilhelminastraat in Oud-West. The dough rises for more than 48 hours and pizzas are baked at over 500 °C; there are also drinks, snacks and desserts, and aperitivo. It started in 2018 in a back garden, grew into a food truck and then a restaurant, and has been named among the best pizzerias in the Netherlands by 50 Top Pizza.
Open for lunch at weekends. Takeaway is best ordered via the website.
