Spaghetteria on the Olympiaplein makes its own fresh pasta in its laboratorio artigianale. The menu has seven pasta dishes: three change daily (vegetarian ravioli, a fish pasta and pappardelle with meat ragù), alongside fixtures such as arrabbiata, Tuscan sausage and frutti di mare. Finish with tiramisù, sgroppino or limoncello.
The mood is lively and informal, with big tables and a high bar. All dishes except the ravioli are available gluten-free, and the gluten-free arrabbiata without cheese is vegan.
