Bistrot Neuf has served pure, honest French food on the Haarlemmerstraat since 2009: bistro classics and seasonal specials such as oysters, homemade pâté, steak tartare, lobster bisque and sourdough with salted butter. Come for lunch, dinner or just a glass of wine or champagne at the bar; there are around 40 wines by the glass. Private dining is available for groups.
