The College Hotel (Autograph Collection) is in a listed school building from 1894 on the Roelof Hartstraat in Oud-Zuid. Since opening in 2004 it has kept its link with education: students from hospitality programmes gain experience here, and rooms refer to the old maths, biology and economics classrooms. No two rooms are the same.
The Bar & Lounge serves breakfast, brunch and lunch, and wine, cocktails and bites later in the day; there is also afternoon tea. The Museumplein, the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum and the Concertgebouw are about five minutes’ walk, and trams 3, 5, 12 and 24 stop outside.
