W139 is a space for contemporary art on the Warmoesstraat in the heart of the old centre. Its group exhibitions present research-based and multimedia projects by international artists.
Exhibitions are accompanied by a public programme of performances, talks, film screenings, guided tours and listening sessions, sometimes linked to city-wide events such as Amsterdam Dance Event.
