The Rembrandt House Museum is the house where Rembrandt lived and worked for nineteen years, and where he created some of his greatest masterpieces. You get to know Rembrandt as a person and an artist, and discover his house, his city and his time, in a homely 17th-century setting.
Highlights include his studio and his cabinet of curiosities, and there are regular etching demonstrations. The museum is included in the I amsterdam City Card and is a short walk from Waterlooplein market.
