Kaasbar on the Ferdinand Bolstraat in De Pijp is a cheese restaurant with a twist: sit at the cheese train and pick small cheese dishes off the conveyor belt (numbered plates show what you eat and what it costs), or sit at a table or on the terrace and be served. All 32 cheeses are Dutch, many organic or biodynamic from small artisan makers, each with a homemade pairing and wine or beer suggestions.
There are also cheese boards, charcuterie, a daily fresh cheese fondue and bar snacks.
