Yuan’s Hot Pot started in Chengdu in 1996 and opened its first European branch in De Pijp in 2018. It serves authentic Sichuan hot pot: ingredients on skewers cooked in a spicy red broth, made with Sichuan broth ingredients and local Dutch produce, and meant for sharing. The modern interior has spacious seating and bookable private rooms. Open daily 12:00–22:30.
