The Beurs van Berlage is a national monument on the Damrak, designed by architect H.P. Berlage and opened as a commodities exchange in 1903. Its brick architecture was a turning point in Dutch design. Today the 16,000 m² building hosts conferences, concerts, fairs and events, and houses several businesses.
Public events include the Chocolate Festival and the Holiday Fair, and inside you will also find Bistro Berlage, a seafood bar and Sherlocked escape rooms. What you can see depends on the current programme.
It is about a five-minute walk from Centraal Station along the Damrak, on your left.
