Die Port van Cleve is on the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal by Dam Square, behind the Nieuwe Kerk and next to Magna Plaza. It started as a brewery in 1864 and now spans six connected listed buildings, so its 122 rooms vary in size and layout. The Anne Frank House, the canals, the Flower Market and the Nine Streets are all within walking distance.
There are four room types (Cosy, Comfort, Junior Suite and Suite), all with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a safe, a mini fridge and coffee and tea facilities. Suites have a separate living room with sofa bed and sleep up to four. The Emperor’s Crown Suite has a bay window facing the Royal Palace and a freestanding bath. For parking, use P+R Olympic Stadium or a Q-Park garage.
