The Pancake Bakery has been on the Prinsengracht since 1973, run by the same family since 1980, in a 17th-century canal warehouse. The menu lists dozens of pancakes, from traditional ones with icing sugar and syrup to international toppings, or build your own. There are also omelettes, uitsmijters and breakfast dishes, and in summer a terrace on the canal.
From Centraal Station, take tram 13 or 17 towards the Westerkerk. Paid parking along the canals.
