Bridges is the restaurant of Sofitel Legend The Grand on the Oudezijds Voorburgwal, serving gastronomic food in an accessible setting. Executive chef Raoul Meuwese cooks classic French cuisine with international influences and a local twist, using sustainably caught fish and local produce that follow the seasons.
Choose a five- or seven-course chef’s menu or build your own from the à la carte (think lobster, caviar, langoustine, sea bass and oysters); there are also lunch menus and a sommelier’s wine selection. The restaurant is in the former staff canteen of the old city hall, with a 1949 Karel Appel mural at the entrance.
