At Pasta e Basta on the Nieuwe Spiegelstraat, dinner comes with a show: the waiting staff are professional singers who perform everything from ballads to swinging hits, accompanied by a pianist. Special Pasta & Friends evenings combine a three-course dinner with well-known Dutch artists. It has been an Amsterdam favourite for 30 years.
