MOAK Pancakes, founded in 2016, serves all-day breakfast, brunch and lunch near the Albert Cuyp Market: sweet and savoury pancakes made sugar-free with organic wholemeal flour and buttermilk and served with Canadian maple syrup, plus egg dishes, sourdough toast, slow juices and specialty coffee. There are vegan-friendly and halal options, in a plant-filled space with throwback hip hop.
