Kerkzicht is a family-run café-restaurant on the Sloterweg in Oud Sloten, a historic village within Amsterdam West; the café had its name before the church opposite was built in 1901. After 35 years under Truus, her son Eric and daughter-in-law Myra took over. The menu combines classics and inventive dishes, homemade desserts such as “Myramisu” and special coffees. In summer there is a terrace and courtyard. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 15:30.
