Buiten is a restaurant and beach café on the Sloterplas lake in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, for lunch, drinks and dinner: Caesar salad, flat iron steak, smash burgers and Neapolitan pizza from dough that rises for at least 24 hours, made with local ingredients. Groups and parties are welcome.
Open Tuesday–Wednesday 10:00–17:00, Thursday 10:00–22:00, Friday–Saturday 10:00–00:00 and Sunday 10:00–21:00; closed Monday.
