Brut de Mer is an oyster, fish, wine and bar spot on the Gerard Douplein in De Pijp, opened in 2015 by five friends. Choose from six oysters individually or as a tasting, with advice from the oyster men on a matching wine, plus daily sustainable fish, shellfish, fruits de mer, creative fish dishes and warm oysters. There is champagne, cocktails and alcohol-free options too.
Open Tuesday–Thursday from 16:00 and Friday–Sunday from 12:00; closed Monday.
