De Vriendschap is a historic grain windmill on the banks of the river Vecht in Weesp, part of the municipality of Amsterdam. When there is enough wind, a team of volunteers mills organic grain into flour, flakes and mixes several days a week, the traditional way.
Every Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00 the mill and mill shop are open, and you can visit the working mill for free. Guided tours of about 1 to 1.5 hours can be booked for groups and schools.
