Orontes De Pijp

Last checked: September 2026 · Based on the official website

Orontes has shared the flavours and stories of Hatay (Antakya) in Amsterdam for more than 20 years. The cuisine blends Greek, Roman, Arab, Armenian, French and Turkish influences: meat and fish grilled over an open charcoal fire, mezze of fresh vegetables, and spices such as pomegranate molasses, sumac and pul biber bought directly from farmers in Antakya. Mains come with bulgur, cacık and salad, and there is a selection of Turkish wines.

Open daily 16:00–23:00; kitchen and terrace until 22:00.
