Henri’s Little Cheese Museum on the Singel, near the Flower Market, is run by the Dutch cheese maker Henri Willig. It is a compact stop to learn about and taste Dutch cheese in the city centre.
Opening hours: daily, including public holidays: 09:00–19:00 from March to November, 10:00–18:00 from December to February.
