Moeders (“Mothers”) on the Rozengracht serves Dutch home cooking in a dining room covered in photos of guests’ mothers; bring a picture of yours to add to the wall. Seats are limited, so book online (up to five weeks ahead; no phone bookings) and reconfirm on the day. Walk-ins are only occasionally possible. Some dishes can be served gluten- or lactose-free.
