Bloem eten & drinken

Last checked: September 2026 · Based on the official website

Bloem is a restaurant in an old warehouse on the Entrepotdok, serving a fully plant-based menu that is certified 100% gluten-free by the Dutch Coeliac Society; the bar is vegan too. Compose your own three-course meal from three starters, mains and desserts. Almost everything is made in-house, from gluten-free sourdough to lemonades, ferments and pickles, so allow 1.5 to 2 hours for dinner.

No peanuts are used; other nuts are listed on the menu. In good weather there is a terrace on the water.
