Café Luxembourg is a grand café on the Spui that opened in the late 1980s. The conservatory is made for people-watching, and at the back a long bar and stained-glass windows overlook the Singel. It serves breakfast, lunch, bar snacks and dinner: French brasserie classics with Dutch touches, including shrimp croquettes and bitterballen from Patisserie Holtkamp.
Groups can book à la carte (up to 30 for breakfast and lunch, 20 for dinner); the back section or the whole café can be booked for private events. Reserve via TheFork.
