La Oliva on the Egelantiersstraat in the Jordaan is all about pintxos, Spanish lunch dishes and northern Spanish cooking, paired with a wide range of Spanish wines. From 12:00 there are pintxos and lunch (homemade tortilla, octopus salad, Pata Negra); from 18:00 the kitchen serves starters and mains from northern Spain, plus homemade desserts. Hostess Yvette Barents and chef Alfredo Hoz Castillo welcome you.
Booking recommended; call for groups of five or more. The kitchen is open daily 12:00–22:00.
